Do you accept insurance?
No, we do not accept insurance at this time. Chicago Private Nursing is a concierge service, and our clients pay directly for the care they receive. However, we’re happy to provide itemized invoices should you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider independently.
This model removes a lot of the red tape associated with insurance-based care and allows us to start within an hour and tailor the needs to what you need and desire. Our private-pay model has allowed us to attract top RN talent—nurses who go above and beyond for their patients.
How are your nurses selected?
All of our nurses are highly experienced, with a minimum of five years of clinical experience in fields such as oncology, surgery, and elder care. Each nurse is carefully selected for their skills, professionalism, and dedication to providing exceptional care. Nurses must have an active Illinois RN license, Basic Life Support Certification, and a background check.
How does scheduling work?
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. Whether you require daily support, overnight care, weekly check-ins, or occasional visits, we work with you to create a schedule that fits seamlessly into your routine.
